An almost complete post-medieval silver sixpence of Elizabeth I (1558 - 1603) dating to 1561-1582 I.m unclear.  The coin is missing some of the edge of the flan, is very worn, and has a copper coloured patina. The coin was previously bent towards the reverse, crossing the shield from 2 O'clock, towards 8 O'clock. Measurements: Diameter: 23.3mm; Weight: 1.88g
