An incomplete copper-alloy Trumpet brooch (most likely type TR 1.2b3) of Roman date, circa AD 75-130.  The brooch is missing its foot, catchplate and pin. The head is sub-triangular in shape and the reverse is slightly concave and has the complete integral loop still intact. The head is decorated with three pointed oval petals. A small copper-alloy strap end of Late Medieval date. The object is small and broadly tear-drop shaped in plan with an oval cross-section. It consists of a rounded knop and then a small sub-circular knop on one side which has a rectangular indentation at the apex, used for slotting onto something.  The object has a dark green / brown even surface patina.  It measures 11.8mm in length and 7.7mm in width. The slot is 3.9mm in length, 1.1mm in width and 1.9mm deep. It has a thickness of 6.9mm and weighs 1.8 grams.

A complete copper alloy thimble of Post Medieval dating (c. AD 1600 - 1800). The thimble consists of a conical shape, with a rounded top. The rim is slightly thicker than the thimble walls and has no decoration.The sides and top of the thimble are decorated by machine made indentations.  The thimble measures 19.1mm in length, 18.3mm in diameter at the base and 14.2mm diameter at the top, and the walls are 1mm thick. The weight is circular and has a thick raised rim.The front of the object has two concentric grooves and a central dimple. At 12 o'clock, is the letter H. At 6 o'clock, there is the letter O.
