A complete copper alloy ball of probable Post-Medieval date (AD 1550-1900). The object is composed of a sphere of copper-alloy, with dark green glossy patina and minor surface pitting.  The object’s function is unclear but could be a Gaming Piece or Ball Bearing. Diameter: 25.38mm, Weight: 69.5g The metal is dark green with a smooth patina. Due to the lack wear marks, it seems more likely that this might be a Post-Medieval gaming piece.  Compare: BH-DBB686, NLM-56E8F6, SUR-2CE255 and SWYOR-CF23D7.

An incomplete cast copper alloy Nauheim Derivative, La Tène III brooch of late Iron Age to Roman (c. AD 25-100) date. The brooch is cast as one piece. An incomplete pin from a Medieval buckle. The pin is oval in cross-section with a cross moulding at the broken attachment end. The break is old and worn. The stem is slepped and tapers gradually to a worn point. The patina is light brown in colour. The pin measures 38.2mm long, 11.5mm wide at the cross mouldings, a maximum of 4.5mm wide at the stem, 4mm thick and weighs 4.52 grams.

A late Medieval to Post Medieval cast copper-alloy flat hexagonal coin weight, known as a ‘hexagonal flans type’. The faces of the weight are worn and unclear. The sides are flat and plain. It is likely that this is Anglo-gallic or French, and dates from the 15th to 16th centuries. The weight is in a poor condition, with pitted, dark brownish-green surfaces. It measures 20.3mm diameter, 8.2mm thick and weighs 17.61 grams.

A complete copper alloy medieval horse harness pendant, dating from c. AD 1200-1400. The pendant is openwork, and a quartrefoil shape. In each rounded projection there is a circular perforation. In the centre there is a rounded cross perforation. In between each projection is a rounded knop projection. At the top of the pendant there is a circular integral suspension loop that sits perpendicular to the pendant. It has a dark green patina, and measures 41.9mm in length, 35.5mm in width, and weighs 6.21g.

A fragment of a post medieval copper alloy spur, dating to AD 1600-1700. The mount is a flat symmetrical shape, with two oval sections joined by a central narrower raised bar. On the reverse at each edge is a lug, the points are worn. The mount has a mid green patina, with patches of orange brown. It measures 20.9mm in length, 6.2mm in width, and weighs 1.27g. Similar to Read 2001, page 28, number 314.
