An incomplete copper alloy strap slide, most probably for a 19th century horse harness. The front of the object is domed with a Tudor rose style motif that still has the remains of silvering. The reverse is dished and has two lugs that would have sat either side of the strap. There is still iron on the end of the lugs, presumably the remains of an iron fitting. A tinned copper alloy livery button of mid 19th century date. The button is 25.5mm in diameter and shows a crest of a bull passant the tail turned over the back, left and with garter around containing the motto CONSTANS FIDEI (Constant in loyalty). It is made up of a curved, bent bar, at each terminal end there is a cast round section within which is a hole of diameter 4.8mm, which is likely to have served as the fixing point for the handle. Copper alloy and glass ‘cats eye’ reflector. A pressed metal copper alloy cylinder constructed as a tube flanged at one end with a flanged end cap with two incised or stamped concentric lines on its top at the other, retaining a clear colourless translucent glass sphere resembling a marble which enjoys some free movement in its setting. An incomplete cast copper alloy finger ring of probable post-medieval to modern date.  The ring comprises a narrow (c. 2 mm in height) undecorated band which is D-shape section and expands to a flat, sub-oval-shape bezel which is undecorated and  8.9 mm wide. On either side of this bezel, where the narrow band widens to meet it are mirrored curvilinear mouldings. Two fragments of a Modern incomplete copper alloy badge awarded in World War Two, AD. 1939-1945.  Together, both fragments comprise approx. 60% of an oval-shaped badge made of embossed sheet brass. The badge has been stamped and depicts a crossed rifle, shovel, and pick with a laurel wreath piled on them, ensigned with a crown at the top. The regimental motto 'Labor Omnia Vincit' (Work Conquers All) is beneath on a scroll. A fob seal matrix of later 18th or 19th century date, missing its handle. The matrix is rectangular, 14.1mm in length and holds a flat yellow-green glass die inscribed with the legend ABSENT / BUT NOT / FORGOTTON in seriffed Roman capitals. This glass is held in a pyramid shaped copper alloy body, with four facets decorated with scrolls in relief. The stump of the suspension loop appears to be separately made and functioned as a pivot, suggesting the seal was held on the end of a watch chain.
