A Medieval to Post-Medieval copper alloy sheet chape, probably dating to c. AD 1300-1600. The chape is rolled, tapering to a point at one end and with a scalloped edge at the other. The two edges of the sheet meet at a soldered longitudinal join on the reverse.
Length 44.3mm; Width 12.9mm; Thickness 3.4mm; Weight 3.59g.

An incomplete Post Medieval finger ring dating to AD 1400-1550. It has a sub-oval bezel incised with the letter W flanked by branched within an incised border. The shoulders are undecorated, narrowing into the hoop which is lost to an old breaks.

A copper circular reisscheiben ingot of medieval to post-medieval date. The ingot is broadly circular and D shaped in cross section. The front face has slight indentations from the water used to cool and subsequrntly extract the ingot. The reverse face is convex and pitted with a number of perforations from the pitting. The ingot has been analysed with a pXRF and is 97% copper with trace elements.
The ingot is 310mm in diameter and weighs 820 grams.

An incomplete cast made, copper alloy double loop post-medieval buckle dating to the period AD c.1500-c.1650.
The surviving loop is a simple oval design with bevelled edges. There are two broken protrusion on the corners, which could suggest evidence of decorative knopped corners. The central bar is securely attached to the plate by two small separate wraps of copper alloy. The body of the plate has two rivets on both its surfaces, and it is clear to see the singular fold of material. The plate starts narrows and then bulbs outwards to create and circular terminal. An incomplete copper alloy double looped buckle dating to the period AD c. 1350 to c. 1650. The pin is missing, but its attachment point is till on the central bar. It has a rectangular cross section narrowed strap bar. The hoops are D shape in cross section. Overall. the item is very worn and the pins attachment point shows evidence of iron corrosion.
It is 28.88mm in height, 21.37mm in width, and weighs 4.17g. Please see Whitehead (2003), page 53, No. 291 for an example. The date is broad because this type of plain spectacle buckle is very common (Whitehead 2003).

An incomplete cast made copper alloy post medieval buckle dating to the period AD c.1575- c.1700.
The type of this is buckle is double loop asymmetrical, and it has two sections, a D shape and rectangular. On the D shape loop, the edges are bevelled, and there is also a decorated moulded knop on the far edge. The rectangular section and the central bars edges remain unbevelled, and both are not decorated.
The length of this buckle is 18.39mm the width is 13.42mm and the weight is 1.33g.
