Probably a long cross round farthing of Edward I (1272-1307) or Edward II (1307-1327), London mint, probably Withers type 28 issue of 1300-1310; worn, chipped with loss of about one quarter of flan. Obverse description: facing bust, drapery of angled wedges, inner circle. Obverse inscription: EDWAR[--] Reverse description: long cross, three pellets in each angle.
