Basal sherd from a samian ware bowl, probably Drag. 37. The mould-cast decorative scheme is zoned being divided into panels by vertical lines of pellets. The motifs used include vine leaves and tendrils together with what appear to be elongated pine cones. The base is of foot-ring type and is now damaged. In the centre of the foot-ring are turning marks and a deep incised line, cut before the slip was applied.

The sherd is a portion of a jug handle dating to the Medieval period. It is decorated with obliquely angled slash marks on the exterior surface. The fabric is quite soft. It is has mid orange oxidised surfaces with a mid grey coloured core. There are frequent white angular inclusions, possibly quartz as well as occasional fine red inclusions. It weighs 34.08g. It is abraded.

The sherd is a portion of the body, from a possible jar. It probably dates to the Medieval period. The fabric is quite hard. It is has mid grey/brown coloured surface with a grey/brown coloured core, which is barely distinguishable from the surface. The exterior has an applied strip of decoration which has been pinched, forming a triangular shaped profile. There are frequent pink/white angular quartz inclusions. There maybe a tiny splash of green glaze on the interior, but this is not certain. It weighs 15.27g. It is abraded.
