Corner fragment of a glazed floor tile of early Post Medieval date, probably from the late 16th or 17th century. The maiolica floor tile has a tin glaze composed of a dark brown manganese design on a white background. The design is composed of circular brown interrupted arcs flanking a repeating leaf motif. The tile is likely to be a continental import, possibly from the Low Countries.
