A complete toy pewter plate of 18th century date. The plate has a plain centre surrounded by a wide flange decorated with a moulded pattern of rosettes of five pellets linked by vinescrolls and a beaded rim The plate has been crushed and has split on opposite sides. The plate is largly free from corrosion, retaining a shiny and toned patina.

A corroded and incomplete pewter medallion commemorating the capture of Portobello on the 21st November 1739, by Admiral Edward Vernon (1684-1757), using only six ships. The obverse depicts Admiral Vernon with hat to the left with outstretched hand under inscription [DOM BLASS], receiving the sword of the defeated admiral Blas de Lezo kneeling in front of him; Sir Chaloner Ogle behind holding scepter. The reverse is largely illegible but probably depicts the scene of the capture of Cartagena. No legends are readible.

A complete medieval (later 14th to early 15th century) pewter livery badge in the form of a lion (or possibly a leopard), depicted passant gardant, left, in the manner of those displayed on the royal arms of England. The beast has its front right paw upraised to the fore, its head turned facing and its tail curled under the legs and then up, with a trefoil tip vertical above its spine. Moulded details of ribs and mane / fur are depicted. The reverse has a casting seam running across and two integrally cast attachment studs.

An incomplete medieval pewter sewn token or 'spangle' dating to the early 13th century. The object is uniface, with one side depicting a beast, possibly a pascal lamb or a lion, facing left, with head curved back to the right over its back, and tail upraised with a tufted tip which curves back down to the right. The design is contained within a beaded border. The top of the object has a stump for a now largely lost square attachment tab with two holes.

A Post Medieval tin alloy "American plantations token" minted under James II for use in the American plantations, dating 1688. Obverse: James II on horseback, left, IACOBVS II D G MAG BRI FRAN ET HIB REX. Reverse: four crowned shields of England, Scotland, France and Ireland linked by chains, VAL 24 PART REAL HISPAN. This token was valued at one 24th of Spanish real, or one and a half farthings.

A medieval lead alloy or pewter pictorial token of 16.8mm diameter. One side has a pair of birds, possibly hawks, eagles or fighting cocks facing each other with a long cross between. The birds have hooked beaks and details of wings and feet shown, with cross hatching used to suggest the texture of feathers. The reverse has a compass-drawn quatrefoil with lenticular petals and a lozengiform centre all set on a cross hatched background.

A small, worn and incomplete post medieval (c18th century) seal matrix made from a tin-rich copper alloy or possibly pewter. The die face is oval, 16.6mm in length and depicts an oval shield with scrolled garniture around it with unclear device, possibly containing a party per chevron and a number of charges, possibly bezants. The reverse is flat with a casting seam and a stump of a handle with a narrow sub rounded stem; this is located off centre towards one end.

A medieval lead alloy or pewter token of 16.3mm diameter. One side depicts a pelican, left, with a small cross upon its back. The bird has a triangular wing, decorated with parallel lines, two feet emerging below and a curved breast and long neck decorated with cross hatched lines. The head faces back over the bird to face the cross. The other side of the token has a shield chevronny alternating cross hatched and plain chevrons to imitate a tincture.

An incomplete post medieval lead alloy syringe, probably dating to the 18th century. The syringe is formed of a cylindrical body, 10mm in diameter, with a conical tip, perforated at the end. This tip would likely have had a narrow tapering point projecting from the end which has now broken off. The rear end has a separate cap, 14mm in diameter, apparently screwed into place and which has a circular perforation in the top through which the plunger passes.
