Base silver coin of Elizabeth I, Irish issue with Arms of England on the obverse and a harp on the reverse, dated 1602, the metal clearly appears to be very base silver and not the copper of the pennies (which were dated) so presumably this coin was intended as a debased threepence but struck using dies intended for the penny, 1602.
