A garnet gemstone measuring 6 mm by 4.2 mm by 1.9 mm. Given the comment from Kieran McCarthy of Wartski (see below), it is highly likely this is the missing setting for finger-ring HAMP-6C5109 / 2017 T761 (pictured).
