A complete sheet silver Bell of Modern date (AD 1800-1900). The bell is sub-spherical in form with a longer expanding upper hemisphere, which retains an upper attachment loop with a fracture in the side of the loop, and a projecting circumferential collar. The lower hemisphere is shorter and rounded with a sound slot and two sound holes at its base. The pea is retained within. The upper hemisphere is decorated with a relief motif composed of fluted radiating grooves. The object was likely used for a pet collar For similar see: SUR-2921E0
