A very worn mid 14th-century gold medieval half-noble of Edward III, London mint, probably fourth coinage, Pre-Treaty period, Series C/A mule (obverse of C, reverse of A) dating to 1351-1352 AD (North 1145). This coin has been seemingly straigtened by the finder; it may have been bent in half resulting in losses around the centre of the flan. The coin has also received some circumferential losses and some clipping.

A very worn and damaged medieval gold quarter noble of Edward III. Most of the coin is illegible, but the letter E at the beginning of the obverse legend allows the ruler to be identified as Edward III. As it is so damaged, it has not been possible to date the coin more closely than to the broad dates of Edward's reign, from 1327 to 1377.
