A gold stater of Tasciovanus, Eastern issue. (Catuvellauni/Trinovantes). Issued from 25 BC to AD 10.
Obverse: cross of pellet-ring vars (s) with two opposed crescents (c) in the centre. Pellet and crescent in opposite corners. Miscellaneous (b) and 3 rings in other corners.
Reverse: horse advancing right. Animal (i) head above back and pellet-ring (i) above head. Miscellaneous (24) and pellet-in-ring before. Animal (a), ring, pellet-in-ring and pellet below. Pellets around tail. Two pellets below head.
