A Roman gold finger-ring, complete and in fine condition of Henig Type VIII, dating to the 3rd century AD. Description: The ring has a hexagonal hoop with a flat inner diameter, a neatly-faceted external surface and prominent keeled shoulders. The lightly-raised oval box setting contains a damaged probable glass intaglio which when complete would have convex and oval in shape but now has a large dish in the middle due to damage. A gold Medieval finger ring dating from about AD 1250 - 1450. The hoop is plain, sub-rectangular in section with the outer face bevelled, and there are no makers' marks or hall marks. The bezel is double in the form of two oval settings positioned next to each other along the hoop. One contains a damaged green coloured setting, either gem or glass, which is now in two pieces, and the other a red or pink setting. Both are cabachon cut gems. A gold Medieval finger ring dating from AD 1150 - 1300. The hoop is plain, D-shaped in section and there are no makers' marks or hall marks. The bezel is oval in plan, and hexagonal in profile and in cross section, measuring 8.6mm long, 7.7mm wide and 5.3mm thick. The setting is missing, leaving the bezel empty. There is a dent in the hoop. Overall the ring has an external diameter of 21.5mm, internal diameter of 18.1mm and weighs 1.73g. Comparable finger rings include SWYOR-6F2635 (2015 T608), HAMP-EBA980 (2014 T11) and ESS-49D8F6 (2008 T580).

An incomplete gold and enamel early medieval mount inlaid with cloisonné enamel. It is quatrefoil in shape with a circular hole through the centre. There is a raised rim around the outer edge and the hole leaving a recessed area within. This is separated into cells with gold wire, which are each filled with different shade of enamel. An incomplete rectangular fragment of gold foil with filigree decoration. One terminal is complete while the opposing end is broken and missing. The complete terminal is pierced by two circular rivet holes near each outer edge, each hole bordered with fine but worn beaded gold wire. Between the two rivet holes are seven filigree annulets, some not completely closed. The interior is engraved with the inscription: 'Blessed are the ded which die [in] the Lorde'. The inscription is taken from the Book of Revelation, chapter 14; verse 13.
