A gold “fede” ring with a bezel composed of two clasped hands. The shoulders have been shaped to resemble ornate cuffs that are styled to show a gathered cuff at the wrist, with flaring lace tumbling from the cuff. This clothing inspired theme continues to influence the decoration of the remainder of the hoop, which has a geometric pattern of lozenges interspersed with circular cells. A decorative gold finger ring with gemstone of medieval date. The hoop, slightly distorted, is D-shaped in cross section with convex outer and flat inner side. A gold finger ring with a posy inscription on the inside. The ring is D-shaped in cross section with a plain, convex outer and flat inner side. The hoop is slightly deformed. There is an Italic inscription on the inside of the hoop, which reads: “continue faythfull”, but there are no maker’s marks. The external surface is plain. A late Bronze Age gold and copper penannular ring from 1300-800 BC. The ring is oval in shape and cross-section with a narrow gap between the terminals which are flat-ended. The surface comprises of a bright gold colour. A base metal core is covered by a sheath of gold. Striped bands of a rose-tinted hue decorate the entire surface area of the ring, each band being c.1.08mm wide, with the divisions appearing to radiate from the empty centre.
