A Medieval gold noble of Henry V (1413-1422), class E / F mule (North 1373 / 1374; Spink 1744 / 1746) dating to the period AD1413-1422, mint: London. Ref: North 1991: 69.
The coin is in good condition, with a small crease on one side of the flan.
On the obverse there is a pellet at the sword point, a trefoil by the shield, an annulet on hull and a mullet by sword arm characteristic of Class E; the reverse has a trefoil of pellets in one quarter on the reverse, characteristic of Class F.
Measurements: Diameter - 32mm and Weight - 7 grams

The coin is slightly chipped around parts of the edge and is lightly clipped removing the tops of some lettering and creates an irreularly shaped edge to parts of the coin.
The reverse includes an odd spelling, reading EXALTABITVR IN GALhORI instead of the standard EXALTABITVR IN GLORIA, a rarely seen variation (Potter 1963: 128).
