A folded fragment of a gold band or ribbon with repousse linear ribs of probable Bronze age date c. 2100 BC - 1150 BC. Description: the rectangular fragment has been folded twice into three layers. A complete, gold-plated Late Bronze Age (1150-800 BC) penannular ring. The ring is in the shape of an oval-sectioned loop. Many of these penannular rings have a copper alloy core wrapped in gold sheet; however, it is not entirely clear if this is the case for this example, as there are to chips or brakes showing the core. A Late Bronze Age gold, lock-ring, 1000-750 BC. The ring is a Late Bronze Age example that has a triangular cross section. A complete gold penannular bracelet of possible Bronze Age date 1500-900BC. The bracelet is formed of a single continuous thick wire that has been formed into loops at the terminals and doubled back on itself. The wire has been soldered along its length to join the two parallel wires together, though there is a gap where the solder has failed. The terminal loops are slightly flattened at their tip. This pale, gold, matt rectangular fragment of gold has four sharp angled straight sides and two jagged broken ends. In places there are shiny striations and one of the side angles is dented.
