Description: An Early Medieval gold filigree and garnet disc pendant dating to AD 650-700. The pendant is circular in plan. It is decorated on one side with a filigree wire which runs along the outside border. At the top of the pendant the wire has become separated and runs into the interior. The design of an equal-armed cross is created by the application of four filigree triangles in the top right, bottom right, bottom left and top left quadrants of the face. A complete gold pendant set with a red stone, probably a garnet. The pendant is shaped like an axe-head with a convex lower edge, concave sides and a flat top. It is formed from a gold sheet backing plate two which has been soldered a frame, comprising a strip of gold set on its edge, surrounded by a border of beaded gold wire. Inside this is set a flat garnet cut to the same shape, with an embossed gold foil underneath. At the tip is a suspension loop, formed from a strip of gold with four longitudinal ridges. Gold object. Tubular in shape with tapering towards one end. The object may have been hollow, but it is now badly crushed and folded. At the wider end there is a lip folded towards the inside of the object that is intact creating a hollow rim. May possible have been bulbous around the centre and it is possible to see two lines of impressions.

A gold and probably rock crystal small pendant. The pendant comprises an Irregularly shaped clear bead with vertical perforation. There is a strand of gold wire threaded through the perforation and one end is curled to form a loop and the twisted round on itself twice. Below the bead the wire terminates in five pellets.

Small pendant, probably rock crystal suspended on a thin gold wire with a cluster of 5 small sold beads at the base.
This may be an element of an earring or brooch or item of general jewellery.
