A small, flat gold fragment of uncertain date. The fragment is curved along its length, with rough breaks at both ends (of the long axis) and smooth sides. Both broad faces are faceted from hammering and the fragment is of even thickness. There is no decoration or evidence of fittings or other function. A gold posy / posie ring of 16th to 17th century date. The exterior of the hoop is covered with incised foliate decoration. The interior of the hoop has the legend 'No enemie to abʃence" in lower case, with a long "S". There are no maker's marks. The hoop is 3.1mm wide and 0.8mm thick. The ring has been crushed and the hoop is heavily distorted. Length: 20.3mm; width (of hoop): 3.1mm; Weight: 1.47g.

A gold post Medieval posy / posey ring. The ring is slightly squashed, but had an internal diameter of around 18mm. The hoop has a plano-convex cross section, 4.2mm wide and 1.0mm thick, with an undecorated exterior. The interior surface is inscribed LET + LIKING + LAST in serifed Roman capitals. There is no visible maker's mark. Circa 16th to early 17th century. Length: 22.9mm; width (of hoop): 4.2mm; Weight: 3.57g.

A complete post-medieval gold mourning ring (1716-1717). The hoop has a D-shaped profile and is sub-circular due to damage. On the front of the hoop is a punched motif of a skull comprising two circles with internal crosses representing the eyes, two straight lines at 90 degrees to each other representing a nose, with seven vertical lines representing the upper teeth. A spherical gold bead, 7.8mm in diameter and 6.9mm in thickness along the axis of the small central hole, which is 2mm in diameter. The bead weighs 0.95g suggesting it is probably hollow as a solid bead of this size, made of gold, would weigh around three times as much. The surface is undecorated; however there are a few indentations, most likely from post depositional damage.

It comprises a crumpled strip of sheet or ribbon gold around 63.7mm in length, decorated with around 10 parallel ridges running along its length across one side; the reverse is undecorated. There is a partial tear across the mid section, probably from post depositional damage. A gold object comprising two hollow spheres connected with a loop. Each sphere is around 10.8mm in diameter and 7.7mm in depth and comprises a pair of hemispherical cast gold sections which are soldered together at a medial ridged seam. A group of 32 milled coins deposited together, comprising 14 gold (Guineas, Half Guineas) and 18 silver (Half Crowns, Shillings, Sixpences). The coins were found scattered across an area of approximately 1m2. A dispersed Iron Age coin hoard consisting of six gold staters found close together. The coins are all of Rudd's Verica Warrior Rex type (ABC 1190, VA 500-1, BMC 1146-58) issued under Verica (AD c.10-40) of the Southern British Iron Age and associated with the tribes known as the Regini and Atrebates.
