It consists of three interlocking gold hoops with complementary contours that allows them to lock together as a single, larger composite band. These bands have a twist that when combined forms a bezel. WMID-68CAA3 is of a similar type, as is NARC-A7D326.

The coin has been purposefully folded to form a triangle with the obverse of the coin on the outer face and the reverse enclosed with only the central cross visible. A posy ring of gold, the inner part of the band inscribed 'I WISH AND WANT'. The outer part of the band is incised with ovoids, themselves filled with concentric smaller ovoids, formed from raised curvilinear designs. A gold ring of probable 18th or 19th century date (1750-1900). The ring is probably too small to be considered a finger-ring, although it may be small enough for a child. The ring is formed from a single hoop brazed and hammered together, a clear joint can be seen. A complete plain gold finger ring dating to the late Post Medieval to Modern period (c. AD 1719-2000). The ring is a very thin, undecorated band, with a D-shaped cross-section. The are hallmark on the inside of the band is very worn and difficult to decipher. The object is similar in style to YORYM-CEA771, WMID-E6E061 and ESS-F1E6C3.
