A complete gold finger ring of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1750 - 1950. The object is circular with a thick D-shaped section. No decoration or hallmarks are present and there are two nick marks to the edge. The metal has a shiny yellow patina and is in good condition. The ring is 25.4mm in diameter, 5.6mm wide, 1.9mm thick and weighs 11.8g. The finger ring has been seen by curators at the British Museum who state that, due to the undiagnostic nature of the object it cannot be securely dated and, as such, would fall outside the provisions of the Treasure Act 1996.

A gold Medieval finger ring dating from AD 1150 - 1300. The hoop is plain, D-shaped in section and there are no makers' marks or hall marks. The bezel is oval in plan, and hexagonal in profile and in cross section, measuring 8.6mm long, 7.7mm wide and 5.3mm thick. The setting is missing, leaving the bezel empty. There is a dent in the hoop. Overall the ring has an external diameter of 21.5mm, internal diameter of 18.1mm and weighs 1.73g. Comparable finger rings include SWYOR-6F2635 (2015 T608), HAMP-EBA980 (2014 T11) and ESS-49D8F6 (2008 T580).
