A gold gem-set ring of medieval date with an inscribed hoop, which has become distorted, most likely by post-depositional damage. The bezel is constructed from gold sheet and is hollow and rectangular, measuring 10.27mm by 10.1mm and 4mm thick, with a sub-rectangular cross section. It is flanked by a pair of small flanges decorated with a ridged pattern of small parallel lines. The stone itself is sub-rectangular and has a heavily abraded surface; this damage in the absence of any mechanical abrasion to the gold suggests geochemical erosion and that the material is amber. An extremely worn uniscribed uniface Iron Age gold quarter stater of unclear type, probably dating to the period c.80-20 BC. Obverse: Plain. Reverse: Unclear geometric motifs. This coin may be an extremely worn Gallo-Belgic issue, or perhaps more plausibly a small insular quarter stater of unclear type, perhaps related to other types from southern Britain, cf. ABC nos. 533, 536, etc. It measures 12.45mm in diameter and 0.62g in weight.

A gold posy ring with internal diameter of 18mm. The hoop is undecorated and is 3.5mm wide with a plano-convex cross sectional profile. The inside surface is flat and inscribed with the legend Let vertue be thy guide. There is a maker's mark of IW in gothic letters within a trapezoidal shield. The hoop is slightly bent out of shape. Circa mid 18th century.

A complete, Late Bronze Age penannular ring (or lock-ring) made from decorated gold sheet around a copper alloy core. The ring is oval in plan with a triangular cross-sectional profile. The face has a pronounced midrib and eight smaller concentric ribs running around either side of the face (17 ribs in total) suggesting construction from gold wire, in contrast to the gold sheeting of the inner surface and terminals which is flat and undecorated.
