A gold inscribed post-medieval posy finger ring dating c. AD1650-1750. The circular hoop is D-shaped in cross-section and undecorated on the external surface of the band. The ring is complete, though, the band has been distorted from true, probably by post-depositional forces. A gold finger ring of probable late Post Medieval. The ring is a 'mourning ring' which is decorated on the outside of the band with an inscribed skull and inscribed on the interior of the band with the phrase 'Not lost but gon[sic] before'. There seems to be a double-struck hallmark inscribed with 'WC', in a punch of two conjoined circles with pellet between. Compare 1961,1202.322 in the British Museum which has the same mark. There is no maker's mark but the use of capital letters suggests a date of 16th -17th century. The same message, written as 'Keepe Faith till Death' is found on a gold posy ring the collection of the British Museum, 1961.1202.102, which was donated by Dame Joan Evans.

A nearly complete gold object, perhaps a decorative button from a hat or dress, dating to the late medieval or early post-medieval period. It is formed in the shape of a delicate flower with recessed cells representing different segments of the flower.
