One gold post-medieval finger ring, subcircular with damage to the hoop as well as a number of deep cuts, likely damage, concentrated in the four corners of the rectangular bezel. There a traces of incised marks on the bezel, possibly representing the head and body of a figure. These incisions tend to the left portion of the bezel. Description Orthodox-cross-shaped early Medieval gold pendant. An incomplete early Anglo-Saxon gold and garnet belt buckle, dating to c.AD 575-700. This buckle parallels the form of Marzinzik Typegroup II.19b and is the only recorded buckle in this group with garnet and gold cloisonné setting. The sub-rectangular plate, which measures 15.79 mm in width, 23.15 mm in length and 3.93 in thickness and weighs 5.70g, comprises of a gold sheet underplate and backplate with a pair of looped hinges which would have attached the plate to the buckle frame. Treasure number 2019 T289: a late medieval gold finger ring, dating circa 1250-1400. The hoop is a simple band made from oval section gold wire. The ring has a central bezel with a shoulder ridge upon either side. The bezel is conical and tapers to the top. The centre of the bezel is recessed and contains a red stone, possibly a garnet. The setting stands above the band, flaring outwards slightly. Gold annular brooch. Cast D-section band with a constriction for a cast tapered pin which is looped around the band. The convex display face bears a finely defined chevron motif, with V-shaped figures with internally indented edges confining strands of closely juxtaposed pellets, possibly in overlapping doubled rows. These were presumably stamped to achieve the fine definition observed here. The chevrons nest one within the next in a series originating and ending at the pin seat.
