A near complete, gold finger ring dating to the Late Roman Period c. AD 300-410. Description: Gold finger-ring, much distorted. The hoop consists of a rectangular sectioned strip of gold, to which has been soldered three strand of filigree which is now broken in a number of places. The filigree is beaded, but the beads are now very hard to distinguish, which is probably due to heavy wear. A complete, Medieval gold finger ring with French inscription, which reads joie/sa/ns/fyn (joy without end). The band is possibly shaped as a crown with four crescent moons. Between each crescent moon, the band has a section of the inscription and two small protrusions above and below. After each section of the inscription, there in an incised leaf. There are diagonal incised lines inside the crescent moons and two small protrusions at the bottom, on either side of each moon.

A complete, gold-plated Late Bronze Age (1150-800 BC) penannular ring. The ring is in the shape of an oval-sectioned loop. Many of these penannular rings have a copper alloy core wrapped in gold sheet; however, it is not entirely clear if this is the case for this example, as there are to chips or brakes showing the core.
