A hammered gold sheet of uncertain date. The sheet has a maximum length of 51.4mm, width of 39.3mm, 0.7mm thick and weighs 14.76g. The sheet is lacking any diagnostic features so the use and date cannot be determined. Small percussion marks on the surface indicate the sheet was intentionally flattened before being deposited, discarded, or lost. Due to the uncertainty of the date, the object is not considered Treasure under the Treasure Act 1996.

A slightly distorted gold finger-ring with external black-letter inscription, of 15th-century date. Complete d-shaped finger-ring of the mourning/memorial/memento-mori type. The exterior of the ring is heavily worked with deeply incised decoration. A gold finger ring of the 1740s (As per Dr Mark Redknap). Inscription within reads “God for me apointed thee”. Makers mark SLR in gothic script to left of inscription. Band is plano-convex in section, with no decoration on external surface. The internal diameter is 18.4mm. Some damage to edge of ring. The inscription suggests that this ring was a posy ring- a ring exchanged as lover's gift.

An incomplete medieval, gold gem-set finger ring. This has a large hollow rectangular bezel with an oval aperture (4.9mm by 2.2mm) and purple stone set within. Flanking the bezel are small flanges that are decorated with a ridged pattern of small parallel lines. The hoop has a D-shaped cross-section and is decorated at the shoulders with a series of engraved lines. A hinged shield shaped 9 carat gold Art Nouveau style locket decorated with machine incised flowers around a central heart inscribed with this initials SCH - in interlaced copperplate script. The reverse is struck with a Birmingham assay mark (anchor) a stamp bearing the gold value .325 and the makers mark AEJ within a rectangular cartouche. The locket measures: 1 has length of 22.08mm, a width of 16.43mm and a thickness of 2.75mm; it weighs 1.1 grams. 2. has length of 22.34mm, a width of 16.66mm and a thickness of 2.28mm; it weighs 0.9 grams.
