Description: A complete silver gilt Finger Ring of late Medieval date (AD 1400-1500).  The bezel is of the 'iconographic' type, divided in half by a ridge along the long axis to give two slightly concave (fluted) fields and trapezoidal in section. the band narrows and repeating diagonal incised lines forming a ropework band. A Medieval gold finger-ring of stirrup shaped form with additional decoration on the external surface of the shoulders. This finger-ring is complete and just subtlety squashed out of shape. A squashed and bent gold finger-ring of uncertain date. This artefact weighs 6.39g and is formed of a single band that forms a continuous hoop without sign of a join or solder line. This band has an oval cross-section, though the inner surface is slightly flatter than the convex curve of the external surface. The band has a width of 3.9mm and thickness of 1.8mm. A complete early Medieval gold pendant with a garnet setting. The pendant is oval and has a frame made from a sheet gold back-plate with a raised setting of gold sheet strip soldered onto it. There is a strand of beaded wire along the line of the junction between the setting and the back plate. This setting encloses a sub-rounded dark red, cabochon-cut garnet. At the top of the pendant is a suspension loop made from a piece of sheet gold with five parallel ridges.
