An incomplete gold finger ring of Roman date (c. AD 200-400). Description: The hoop of the ring is circular in plan and rectangular in cross-section. Its narrowest point is opposite the bezel and from here, the sides of the hoop divide into two segments which separate gradually to form triangular shoulders. A simple gold band of uncertain date. Description: This ring has a rectangular cross-section and plain gold band. It was formed from a solid strip of gold folded into a loop and soldered together.
