A complete gold cross, of Post Medieval to Modern date. It is completely plain except for an incised marginal line which continues around the whole item. Each arm of the cross ends in a trefoil shape - bifurcated with a central lobe. The uppermost arm has an integral flat circular extension which is pierced and holds a split gold ring for attachment to a chain. There is a worn, indecipherable maker's mark near the lower end of the long arm Dimensions: length 27.34mm; width 16.9mm; 1.23mm thick; 0.81g in weight

An incomplete gold setting of modern date (post 1720), comprising a gold frame set with a dark red highly-domed cabochon-cut gem, probably a garnet. The frame has a sheet gold back plate and a piriform cell made from an upright rectangular collet of gold, housing the polished gem. The frame is surrounded by a collar of gold wire with a twisted or beaded effect, forming a triangular shield-shape with pointed angles around the cell. TREASURE CASE 2008 T596 Gold bell-shaped pendant with hollow tube for attachement. The tube is 11.46mm long, 2.37mmin diameter, with cast beading along its apex and terminals - the diameter increases to 3.33 at the terminals. The pendant is sub-triangular in plan with a circular cross section, measuring 9.2mm long, 5.14mm in diameter at the apex and 10.3mm by 10.75mm at the base. There are four grooves around the circumference towards the attachment end. The circular base has two incised concentric rings. It weighs 2.62 grams. 19th century gold spherical bead pendant This pendant is formed of a hollow spherical bead with a triple thread of twisted wire round the centre and lozenges of granulation applied in two rows above and below the twisted wire. The pendant loop is formed of a tube for a chain to pass through, the openings edged with applied wire. The regular placing of the grain work decoration and the form of the pendant loop suggests a date in the 19th century. There is no evidence to date this object pre 1705.
