An incomplete copper alloy Brooch of Roman date (AD 25-60). The object is a Colchester type two-piece brooch. The brooch is composed of a head with short rectangular wings, to the reverse of the wings is a central lug, curving around an axis bar with two coils flanking. In the centre of the apex of the head there is a transverse wire fixed in place by a long forward facing hook. The bow is rectangular in plan and D shaped in section and extends down into a tapered foot. The catchplate is incomplete and projects from the back of the foot/body. An incomplete Roman cast copper alloy brooch, c.AD 25-75. This brooch is probably a strip bow type brooch, of Aucissa derivative type (cf. Mackreth (2011) Chapter 6, Part 1, AVCISSA 3), tentatively identified and primarily based on the tapering bow with triangular catchplate. Strip bow (Durotrigan) brooches are also very similar to this brooch. The brooch is largely incomplete, missing the entire head and pin. There is no visible decoration on any face of this brooch. An incomplete Early Medieval cast copper alloy possible small long brooch, c.AD 450-500. The surviving element consists of a flat, possible trefoil head plate. The bow, foot and catchplate are missing. The headplate is sub-rectangular in form with an old break three sides and a waisted section leading to a triangular plate, possibly of the head. The reverse of the sub-rectangular plate has a slight lip to it, which suggests the beginnings of the catchplate. The obverse face is heavily abraded, obscuring any potential remains of decoration. Fragment of an Early Medieval cast copper alloy small square headed brooch, c.AD 400-600. This is the head of a small square headed brooch, square in planwith small knops at the top and the right. The left side would have had a small knop but has since broken off. The start of the brooch bow can be seen at the bottom of the head, before ending in an old break. The reverse face has two parallel stubs, which would have held the pin spring mechanism. There are no decorations on either face.

Incomplete Iron Age-Roman copper alloy brooch, c. 50 BC-AD 70. This is half of a cast La Tene III or Nauheim derivative brooch, Mackreth type ND 1.c. Three coils of a spring are wound at the head, with the central coil expanded to form a narrow lentoid bow with a line of moulded dots down its middle, ending in an old break. The rest of the bow, the catchplate, and pin are lost.
