A serrated blade or denticulate of Mesolithic to early Neolithic date, struck from a dark brown flint. The blade is triangular with a triangular cross section. One long edge has two deep notches; the other has two adjacent areas of short abrupt scaled retouch in concave patches, one worked from the dorsal side and one from the ventral.

A flint probable denticulate of unknown date, late Mesolithic to Iron Age, 8000 BC - 1 BC. It is formed on a tertiary flake of brown flint with large inclusions at the left side and at the proximal end. The right edge has very fine retouch or edge damage. The distal right corner is worked with short, abrupt, scaled retouch into two notches forming a denticulate on the corner. The flake is 30.2mm long, 24mm wide and 3.6mm thick. 3.1g.

A flint chunk, possibly minimally worked into a denticulate, of possible Bronze Age or Iron Age date, 2200 BC - 200 BC. It is formed on a secondary flake of patinated mottled light grey flint, and has much cortex surviving, covering all but 2 faces. The chunk is a knobbly nodule, with two struck faces at right angles to each other. A notch in the centre of the right side of the larger flat face could be intentional, with short, scalar, abrupt retouch, but could also be natural damage. There are also some removals from the distal end of the large flat face, on the right, but these …

A flint possible denticulate or hollow scraper of unknown date, Mesolithic to Bronze Age, about 10,000 BC - 600 BC. It is a short tertiary flake and is sub-rectangular. The left edge has a central bulge between two notches, These have short, semi-abrupt, scaled retouch and could form a denticulate or two areas that could be used as a hollow scraper. The right side has scaled, low-angle, short retouch on the distal corner. It is 18.8mm long, 16mm wide and 6.8mm thick. 1.64g.

A flint denticulate blade, probably of late Bronze Age to early Iron Age date, about 1000 BC - 1 BC. It is a primary flake of grey flint which is sub-rectangular. There is an area of short, abrupt, scaled retouch on the proximal right side, and on the left side are two notches, one big and one small, both worked with abrupt, scaled, short retouch. There is no patination. It is 45.2mm long, 23.7mm wide and 4.6mm thick. 7.9g.

A flint retouched flake, a denticulate of unknown date, Mesolithic to Bronze Age, 10,000 BC - 1000 BC. It is formed on tan coloured flint with slight patination. It is roughly D shaped in plan. The left side has short, abrupt, sub-parallel retouch, possibly with intentional notches to form a denticulate. It is 33mm long, 16.8mm wide and 3.7mm thick. 1.84g.

A flint probable denticulate probably dating from the late Bronze Age to early Iron Age, about 1000 BC - 1 BC. It is formed on a tertiary blade of dark grey flint, and is oval in plan. It has areas of short, abrupt, scaled retouch on the right edge, mainly in three concave areas forming denticulates. There is also a larger concave area on the left edge with similar retouch. The length is 50.3mm, the width is 22.6mm, the thickness is 6.0mm and the weight is 6g.

A worked flint flake struck from grey-brown flint. The dorsal surface has clear removal scars. One edge has three notches which potentially have some steeply retouched edges and which would define the piece as a denticulate tool. Neolithic to Bronze age.

Undated flint denticulate.
Mid brownish-grey opaque patina. Possibly a large piece from a core as some flake scars look deliberate. The left edge is abruptly flaked with some retouch (scaler, semi-abrupt). The piece resembles a hand-axe but its abruptly-flaked edge means it is more likely to be a slicing tool or denticulate.

A possible coarse flint denticulate/scraper hybrid tool likely dating to the late Bronze Age or Iron age c.1000BC - 0BC .
Description: The scraper was produced from a secondary flake, possibly accidentally created. The scraper is semi-circular in plan. Barring the retouch along the curved edge there is little obvious flaking, likely indicating the use of a natural or accidental flake, typical of flint manufacture after the middle Bronze Age. The curved edge has short scaled semi-abrupt retouch producing a scraping edge. At the top edge is a denticulate removal creating an indent w…
