Roman - Medieval: Two pieces of local tile of either Roman or possibly more likely Medieval date (100-350 or 1200-1600 AD). Both tiles are a mid reddish orange having similar fabrics with abundant grit and quartz inclusions, large fragments of crushed tile or brick and the surfaces are peppered with small holes, possibly from oolitic limestone. The tile fragments have a bulk weight of 97.75 grams The largest tile measures 68.2mm x 40.7mm and is 17.0mm thick. It weighs 49.62 grams. The smallest tile measures 55.0mm x 36.1mm and is 17.6mm thick. It weighs 48.13 grams.
