A Late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age flint core, probably dating to 3300-800 BC. The core is an irregular polyhedron in shape, with a sub-trapezoidal cross section. It is of a grey-brown flint with no surviving cortex. Irregularly sized flakes have been struck from multiple platforms, with the core probably turned to utilise previous removal scars as a platform, with some indication of platform preparation. Several removals appear hinged.
The implement is 40.86mm long, 24.30mm wide, 32.42mm thick and weighs 38.49g.

A late Neolithic to early Bronze Age thumbnail scraper dating to c 2500-1500 BC. It is likely to be a tertiary flake as there does not appear to be any evidence of the original cortex, although the scraper is now completely recorticated and the patina is creamy white. It is broadly D-shaped. There is evidence of the bulb of percussion and concoidal rings on the ventral face. Around the curve of the dorsal face, there is short, sub-parallel, semi-abrupt retouch. The scraper is broadly D-shape and has been struck from a secondary flake retaining about 2% of the original cortex. The dorsal face exhibits three negative scars and a central rib. The striking platform is broadly lozenge shape and on the ventral face is a low bulb of percussion, indicative of soft hammer working. On one mesal is a short, scaled and and low angle retouch.

The implement has a layer of opaque material and areas of light orangey brown inclusions in the flint, particularly at the point. The ventral surface is missing the bulb of percussion and striking platform. The ventral surface is mainly smooth with evidence of short, sub-parallel, low angled touch around the edges and towards the point.
