Workflow stage: Awaiting validation
A D-shaped flint end scraper probably dating to the Neolithic to Bronze Age (c. 4000 BC - 1500 BC). The scraper has been struck from a secondary flake and retains less than 5% of the original cortex. The flint is a translucent grey colour with some grey spottings. The dorsal side displays short, scaled retouching along about 40% of its circumference. The angle of retouch is semi-abrupt.
A pronounced bulb of percusson is visible on the ventral side below the striking platform.
The scraper measures 51.20 mm in length, 49.56 mm in width, 18.24 mm thick and weighs 28.85 g.

A retouched lithic implement of possibly Neolithic date (4000-2351 BC). In plan, the flint is sub-triangular, although the proximal end is missing. In section, the flint is triangular. The implement has a layer of opaque material and areas of light orangey brown inclusions in the flint, particularly at the point. The ventral surface is missing the bulb of percussion and striking platform. The ventral surface is mainly smooth with evidence of short, sub-parallel, low angled touch around the edges and towards the point. The dorsal surface has invasive, sub-parallel, low angled flaking a…

A flint blade probably of Early Neolithic date (4000 - 3000 BC). The flint is sub-rectangular in plan with a curving long edge of retouch. In section the flint is thin and is fairly flat on its ventral face and rises to a sharp ridge on its dorsal face. The flint has a layer of opaque material over it and a layer of cortex along one of the long edges of the blade. There are areas of light orangey brown inclusions in the flint. There is no evidence of retouch on the ventral face. On the dorsal face, there is evidence of retouch where a long flake has been removed to create a ridge alon…
