A probable Neolithic end scraper (4000 BC - 2351 BC). The flint is dark grey with some white spots and is translucent.  No cortex remains. The end scraper is shield shaped in plan and flat in section.  Tertiary working with some retouch on all sides, type is scaled and untidy, angle semi abrupt.   Measurements: length 35.6mm, width 29.3mm, thickness 6.4mm,  Weight 7.00 grams.

A piece of flint debitage of probable Neolithic-Bronze Age date, circa 4000 - 801 BC. It is a tertiary flake and retains none of the original cortex. The dorsal face exhibits 6 negative flake scars from previous flake removal, one of which terminates in a hinge fracture. The proximal end has a large striking platform, and a bulb of percussion is present on the ventral face, as well as two parallel flake scars from flake removal. The flint is grey-brown in colour with white inclusions. The debitage measures 43.91mm in length, 26.54mm in width, 9.88mm in thickness and weighs 14.44g.
