A fairly dark greyish brown secondary flint scraper of unknown date. A pronounced bulb of percussion on its convex Ventral Face suggests it may have been produced using a hard-hammer technique. There is a series of conchordial waves on its slightly concave Dorsal Face. A small Striking Platform (10.0 mm long x 3.0 mm wide) survives at the proximal end and an area of cortex (23 mm long and tapering from 13.0 mm to 3.0 mm wide) remains on the distal end. There is cortex remaining along the central facet of the trapezoid sectioned dorsal face and ripple marks on the slightly curved ventral side. There is a notch halfway along one side which appears to be intentional. Possibly intended as a plano-convex knife, but maybe reworked to be used as a scraper.
