A later Neolithic flint arrowhead of oblique type struck from a tertiary flake of brown flint, c. 3000-2100 BC. The cross section is asymmetrical and triangular with a flat and a convex face. A Neolithic worked flint flake, c.4000-2000 BC. This flake is sub-trapezoidal secondary flake that is missing its strike platform and percussion bulb. On the dorsal side there are two ridges that run parallel from the proximal to the distal terminal. Neolithic knapped flake, c.4000-2000 BC. It is a sub rectangular section of a longer flake, with bulb of percussion at one end. The edges of this ventral surface expand just am little towards the break and the face shows concentric ripples. On the dorsal surface there are flake scars and two roughly parallel longitudinal flake scar ridges down the middle, leaving lower left and right margins as 'beveled' edges with abrupt retouch. There is a possible notch on the left distal edge.

Fragment of a Neolithic knapped stone axehead, c.4000-2500 BC. The axe is made from white flint with greyish inclusions. The axehead appears to have been partially polished after knapping, then received later damage along the cutting edge, where flakes have chipped off. The axe is slender and lenticular in cross section.  For a more complete example, see ESS-BDF267.

A complete Neolithic flaked axe head, c.4000-2300 BC. This axehead is made from cream-coloured flint or chert with some iron staining. There are no patches of cortex remaining. The shape is asymmetrical, with one long edge slightly more bulbous than the other, which is straight. In profile, the axe is reasonably similar and balanced. It is very similar in shape to DOR-3F1ECB. The sides appear unfinished and have some post-depositional damage. It is possible that this axehead was to be ground and polished, as it is missing the finer flakes that refine these edges.

Late Neolithic/early Bronze Age scraper, c.3000-1500 BC This scraper is made from a secondary struck flake of mottled grey flint with thin, worn, pale sandy coloured cortex on one face.  The steep retouch is confined to the distal end forming the neat semi-circular scraping edge and the sharper (non-cortical) side, presumably to slightly blunt it. There appears to be a notch struck into one side.

A Neolithic to Bronze Age struck flint scraper, c.4000-2000 BC. This tool was struck from mottled light grey flint. It is formed on a round, natural flake, probably a pot lid fracture, which is fairly rounded. There is cortex on part of the dorsal face, and the other part is a patinated previous removal scar, probably also from a pot lid fracture. The retouch is on the ventral face along about a quarter of the perimeter. It is short, abrupt and sub-parallel.

Incomplete Neolithic flint axe or adze, c.2800 - 2100 BC. This axehead has been knapped into a shape commonly used for polished axeheads - straight sided with a slightly flared cutting edge. The axe is sub-triangular in plan and ovate in section. All faces show signs of being polished, with low ridges and slightly visible flaking scars. The butt has broken off and been lost. The axe is made from a mid-grey flint with white patches; no outer cortex is left on this item.

A complete Neolithic-Bronze Age knapped flint thumbnail scraper, c.4000-1500 BC. The lithic is sub-ovate in plan and bi-convex in section. The dorsal surface is convex and has two negative scars and a small amount of retained cortex along the proximal edge. There is semi-abrupt retouch to all edges with the exception of the blunted proximal end. The ventral surface is concave with shallow negative scars around the outer edges. This is made from a secondary flake.
