Miniature wheel thrown-vessel, in the form of a jug with plain rim – no pouring spout – and with a biconical body with expanded pedestal base [turning lines on base] and with an applied corrugated strap handle with a trefoil lower end. Dark-stained on one side, chipped at rim. Probably a tourist souvenir from the Mediterranean. Fragment of a modern ceramic vessel, possibly a cup or sugar bowl dating post 1894AD. The fragment is a lead glazed redware. The exterior is decorated with enamelled dots and gilt banding which has been over painted. The enamel is now lost but may have been either off-white or pale blue originally. This design is known as Greek Border and was registered in 1894 by Gibson and Sons Limited of Burslem, Staffordshire. Length: 30.1mm; width: 22.8mm; thickness: 3.5mm; weight: 3.99g

A complete, stoneware, bottle dating to the modern period (c.AD 1800-1920). The bottle is tall, narrowing from the shoulder to a slight, thickened, collar before rising straight at the neck to a thickened rim. The short, thickened handle extends from below the collar to below the shoulder and has an incised median line present on its upper surface with lighter brush or smoothing marks parallel to it. Four sherds of later 19th - earlier 20th century AD ceramic vessel. These four pottery sherds are all from different vessels. More vessel sherds were found near to these but were left were found. 1) One sherd is made from a white porcelain like fabric. It weighs 2.39g and measures 17.7mm x 16.5mm with a thickness of 4.9mm. A complete mould produced ceramic Diya of modern date Description: The dish is very small and shallow with a simple undecorated rim, with a short pouring lip set along it. A fragment from the body of a wheel thrown, slipware dish, dating 1720-1780. The hard fabric is yellow buff with two types of inclusions: sparse mid grey black coloured grit and occassional fieldspar. The upper surface is glazed black with a yellow trailed slip applied in geometric swirls.The sherd is in good condition but abraded. The vessel body was 7mm thick. The sherd measures 52mm by 31mm and weighs 13.6g.

37 sherds of a handmade ceramic vessel of modern date. The sherds are from a hematite burnished ware vessel with an oxidized fabric. The inclusions are small, circular and light coloured (white) and are likely to be quartzite. Some ovate voids are present and the fabric is quite hard. Many of the sherds can be fitted together giving an estimated diameter of 14cm suggesting the vessel was a small and shallow bowl or dish.
