Medieval sheet copper alloy pilgrim badge, in the shape of a smooth edged scallop shell. There are two rows of dots running across the ribs of the shell – at least three of these dots (two in the centre, and one to the left on the top row) are pierced to allow the badge to be sewn onto cloth. A fourth on the right side may also be pierced. Weight 13.74g.
