A Venetian soldino of Doge Nicolo Tron (1471-73). Some damage to edges. Confirmed via an article in Current Archaeology magazine June 2010, issue 243. A very limited number of these coins have been reported to the PAS and none are recorded in this part of the country - found Edenham, Lincolnshire

This is a copper alloy halfpenny of William III ( 1694-1702). The obverse shows laureate cuirassed bust right with Britannia with hand raised on the obverse. The coin is badly worn with considerable debris stuck to the surface making complete identification difficult. There is little in the way of patina with mostly attach dirt/concretion and some verdigris to the surface where the dirt/concretion has fallen off.

This is a copper alloy halfpenny of William III ( 1694-1702), dated 1698. The obverse shows laureate cuirassed bust right with Britannia with hand raised on the reverse. The coin is very worn with damage to the rim at the 12 o-clock. The patina is now a dark brown with some verdigris to the surface.

This is a silver shilling of William III (1694-1702). This example shows the obverse with the laureate, draped bust right and the reverse with crowned cruciform shields of England, Scotland, France and Ireland. The coin has the remnant of a probable letter ā€˜Nā€™ below the bust for the Norwich mint. It is in a poor condition being very worn to both sides.

This is a silver halfcrown coin of William III (1694-1702). The obverse has the laureate and draped bust right and the reverse the crowned cruciform shields of England, Scotland, France and Ireland. In this case, the coin has the large shield reverse with the early harp as in Seaby 3481, dated 1696. This coin has a black patina and has an area of corrosion or residue on the obverse.
