An incomplete copper-alloy tanged knife of middle to late Bronze Age date. A similar, but larger example, is illustrated by A. Macgregor (1987; pp. 110; no. 11.72), who states that knives cut from larger pieces are relatively common in this period. In this case, however, there is no evidence to suggest that the implement has been formed from a larger object. The unusually small implement has a tang which is slightly narrower than the blade. An abraded sherd of Roman samian pottery, probably a 2nd century AD Gaulish Dragendorff type 37 bowl. The main feature of this body sherd is the moulded decoration around the outside. The scene depicts a bull butting left; the forelegs of a second quadruped can be seen immediately above and the hind legs of a third animal (or possibly human arms?) lie to the left of the bull. In addition to the zoomorphic decoration, there is moulded grass along the bottom of the panel and, to the right of the bull, vine-like scroll. A cast copper alloy finger ring of probable Roman date. The finger ring is plain with no bezel and a consistent width of hoop. It has a diameter of 21.2mm and weighs 1.45g. The hoop has a sub-circular cross-section with a diameter of 2mm and a slightly flattened interior. The exterior of the ring is decorated with four sections of closely-spaced incised transverse parallel lines, interspersed with four plain sections.

An incomplete enamelled cast copper alloy stud of Roman date. The surviving portion measures 18.1mm by 17.5mm by 1.8mm and weighs 1.7g. The stud is broadly pelta-shaped, with a tapering backwards-curving flange top and bottom, for attachment. There are three recesses on the front of the pelta-shaped section, all of which contain traces of enamel. The central cell is broadly hourglass-shaped and contains red enamel. A bent, corroded and incomplete copper-alloy buckle plate, probably originally from a single-loop buckle. Buckle plates with heraldic animal designs are thought to be a product of the 13th century AD. Similar examples (although clearly depicting lions) have been found in excavations in London (see G. Egan and F. Pritchard; 1991; pp. 111, no.500) and in Norwich (S. Margeson; 1985; pp. 204-5, no. 8). Copper alloy leg of a post-medieval skillet or pipkin, a cauldron type vessel with 3 legs. The object is anthropomorphic in style, representing a human leg and foot. The leg is triangular in section. Above the foot is a protruding lip, the foot is then flat on the floor. A leg of the same style was found in York and dates to the late 15th- early 16th centuries (Ottaway and Rogers; 2002; 2809-10) but similar styles continued until around the 18th century.

Amber bead; Small, circular, 'doughnut-shaped' bead of bright orange amber. Surface mostly pitted and matt. Chipped in one area, showing the bright, glassy texture of the amber. Weight 0.91g, Diameter 13.11mm, Thickness 9.36mm (6.88mm min) Unknown date - amber beads are very difficult to date. They are reasonably commonly known from Bronze Age, Roman, Anglo-Saxon and Medieval contexts.
