Probably LIBERTAS AVGG reverse type depicting Libertas standing left holding pileus and rod. Prototype of the mint of Rome. This is probably a contemporary copy combining an obverse from early in Caracalla's reign (c. AD 198-200) with a reverse type proper to Septimius Severus dating to c.AD 197-200. Cf. RIC IV.1 no. 133 for the probable reverse type.  The coin has a copper-alloy core with plated silver surface, much of which is missing at the edges of the flan.…
