A Post Medieval (16th century) copper alloy and iron knife cap. Tnife cap is sub-rectangular in plan with rounded corners and is oval in cross section. On each side face there is an incised X as decoration. At one terminal there is a slot within which there is an iron knife tang fragment. The surface of the knife cap is abraded and has a mid red-brown coloured surface. The stop is 13.4mm long, 11.7mm wide, 9.8mm thick and weighs 7.35 grams. An incomplete cast lead-alloy late Post-Medieval to Modern bridle boss of Maslin (2020) composite centre type, dating c. The object consists of a cast integral circular loop with a narrow waisted-section below, followed by an expanded, flattened, rectangular section, which becomes narrower at its lower end. An incomplete Post-Medieval copper alloy dress hook probably dating to c. AD 1550-1700. The remains of the fastener consists of a broadly sub-rectangular flattened plate which has been extruded and bent over into a hook. The front of the hook is plain and undecorated and is slightly convex. At the opposite end of the hook is an ancient break. The reverse of the fastener is slightly concave. A complete cast copper-alloy harness pendant, dating to the Medieval period (c. AD 1200-1400). A cast copper alloy terminal, probably from the handle of a post medieval seal-top type spoon and dating to the later 16th or 17th century. The end has a flat discoidal terminal (13mm in diameter) at the end of a baluster style collar. The centre of the terminal has a small projecting knop. The stem of the handle tapers sharply to a worn break. There are no maker's marks.
