A complete, silver hammered threepence of Elizabeth the first. The coin is in poor condition being both worn and very heavily dented with very little detail remaining. However the intial mark of an Eglatine is visible, dating the coin to 1573-78. Diameter 19.1mm, weight 0.8g.

A complete silver penny of Elizabeth I dating from 1587 - 1589. Mint mark is a cresent. The coin is unclipped and worn. There is a crack around the inner band of the legend. The obverse portait is weakly struck and/or worn, with just the silouette of the queen and her crown remaining. The obverse legend is complete and clear E. D. G. ROSA SINE SPINA The reverse shield is worn in places. The reverse legend is complete and clear CIVITAS LONDON Weight 0.4g, diameter 14.5mm.

An incomplete silver threepence of Elizabeth I, dated 1569. This well worn coin has been ripped in half by a plough and is heavily abraded. On the obverse only the faint outline of the crown is discernable along with the letters GINA from the legend. On the reverse the second half of the date, 69, is clear along with the shield outline. The coins estimated diameter is 20mm, it weighs 0.4g. North: 1998
