A sherd of pottery from a Medieval roof tile. The course fabric is orange in colour, with patches of darker red-brown. There are patches of a grey core. Inclusions of micra, with frequent large pieces of brown grit, black grit, grey grit and quartz. The tile is 12mm thick. The fragment is 46mm by 42mm. This fragments weighs 29.2g.
