An incomplete end spure from lengths of Post Medieval or Modern lead glazing strip. This sprue, along with another at the other end of the glazing strips, would of helped stop the soft strips deforming during transport. There are the ends of two strips on this incomplete sprue. Each strip is H shaped in profile, providing a channel for glass to fit in on either side of the strip. The sprue has been mishapened and gouged by farm machinery. The sprue is a dull grey on colour.
