Two copper alloy fragments, almost certainly part of the same object, of uncertain date and function, although stylistically possibly early medieval in date (c. 500-1100AD). Fragment of a circular lead alloy (pewter) object, possibly a uniface token or large button of possible post-medieval date (c. 1650-1800AD).  The object is decorated in relief in a wheel motif, with a pellet at the centre and what may have been 18 spokes when complete. The lead head is semi-spherical with a flat top. The lead covering may have helped to slow down corrosion in exposed positions.
