Unidentified stone object of unknown date, but is probably a spindle whorl. The object has been made from a piece of very fine grained stone (possible siltstone or mudstone) and has been carefully shaped and into a sub-circular shape. At the centre is a circular perforation with an internal diameter of 5.2mm. The outer edges of the object have been deliberately smoothed. It is possible that this may have been used as a spindle whorl. Length: 34.4mm; width: 30.7mm; thickness: 7.3mm; weight: 11.19g.

Carved stone head, possibly from an ecclesiastical building of uncertain date, but likely to be from the later medieval period (c. 1100-1300AD). The stone is greyish sandstone and appears to represent the bust, possibly of an angel, with a stylised wing folded across the chest. The features of the face are quite crudely executed. A damaged knapped, ground and polished axe head of probable later Neolithic date (2900-2100 BC). The axe is knapped from a mid grey volcanic tuff. Volcanic tuff is formed from compressed volcanic ash and is similar to flint in that it can be finely worked, ground and polished.
