A complete (although slightly clipped) struck/ hammered silver penny of Edward I (probably), minted at Canterbury between AD 1303 - 1310 (probably) (diameter: 18mm; thickness: 0.5mm; weight: 1.2g). This coin could possibly be classified as a Class 10ab2 and is in a worn but fair condition. Ref: North, J, J, 1991, 'English Hammered Coinage Volume 2: Edward I to Charles II 1272 - 1662', page 31, ref no 1038/1. Coin was not photographed.
